Senior Legal Counsel 5+ PQE – EPC / Renewables

Remote working with 3 days a month in London office
OR London office 3 days a week
Salary: upto £120k + 10% Bonus, 8% pension + share options
An exceptional opportunity for a Construction / Renewables Lawyer to join a highly regarded PE backed, rapidly scaling international renewable energy company.
Reporting into the General Counsel, this position offers all the ingredients for an ambitious construction lawyer to develop the skills to be a future Head of Legal.
Initially you will have the autonomy to take the lead negotiating and drafting construction contracts (EPC and O&M) in the UK and across Europe. The General Counsel will then support you to develop your legal skills across the breadth of the business including acquisitions, finance, commercial, real estate, employment and company secretary.
You may currently be working in-house or in private practice 5+ PQE (admitted England & Wales or Scotland) and with a strong background working on EPC & O&M contracts within the renewable energy sector.
