Exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A / Project Finance lawyer to join an international, renewable energy company who are operating and building some the highest profile wind and solar projects globally.
Working as part of a highly collaborative international in-house legal team you will provide legal support to M&A and project finance transactions for the offshore wind business.
You may currently be working in-house or in private practice and will have a strong corporate M&A / Project finance background ideally gained within the renewable energy sector.
