Blackfinch Group is an award-winning investment specialist with a heritage dating back over 25 years. A trusted provider, we work in partnership with advisers. Blackfinch Group covers tax-efficient solutions, early stage investing, managed portfolio services, property financing and renewable energy. As an environmental, social and governance (ESG) investor, Blackfinch works for a positive impact and proud to be entrusted with over £600 million in assets under management and administration.

Due to continued growth, a rare In-house opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to play a key role within this highly dynamic and progressive acquisitive business, reporting directly into the Head of Legal.

As a key member of the in-house legal team, you will support the entire Blackfinch business, acting as the main point of contact for specific Blackfinch teams. Your primary focus in this highly varied and interesting role will be working with the Blackfinch Property team and your secondary focus will be working with other Blackfinch teams (mainly Blackfinch Ventures and Blackfinch Energy) on finance or enforcement matters. This role offers high levels of autonomy whilst working effectively within a professional in-house team.

This role will suit an agile commercial hands-on lawyer who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic working environment who has a background in real estate finance or restructuring/insolvency law.  So much more to communicate, should you find this brief of interest and wish to find out further detail please email Claire Sharp at Mack Legal Consulting
