An excellent opportunity for a lawyer to work on some of the most high-profile building and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.
Working as part of an established in-house legal team you will be provided with excellent ongoing support and mentoring to develop your career in-house. Working closely with the Project Managers / Engineers you will support the business with a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating bespoke and standard form professional appointments, collateral warranties, third party agreements, partnering agreements, and joint ventures.
You will ideally have some exposure to some commercial contracts and/or construction matters and will be keen to develop your career in-house. You will also be able to demonstrate you have the softer skills to develop strong relationships with the business.
