An established international, renewable energy developer who build and operate solar, wind, hydro and battery storage projects are looking to appoint their first in-house counsel in the UK.
Reporting into the Head of Legal for EPC in Europe you support the development team in the UK and wider EPC legal team in Europe drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M and supplier contracts. You will also support the business with advice around claims and disputes.
You will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) 3+ PQE with experience of EPC, O&M contacts gained working on infrastructure, construction or energy projects. Excellent scope for career development, working with highly supportive, passionate and driven colleagues.
