Excellent opportunity to work for a highly dynamic, effective and supportive General Counsel on an initial 12 month contract which has been created to support the continued growth trajectory of this progressive international company.
Reporting directly into the General Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a variety of commercial contracts as well as supporting on corporate matters.
To be effective in this role you will need a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial contracts and ideally corporate matters. This is initially an interim contract, however there is potential for this opportunity to evolve into a permanent role.
