Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts

Our client, an international market leader, has an opening for a commercial legal counsel to work within their enviable offices in the centre of Bath reporting directly into the head of legal whilst working within a professional in-house legal team.
An excellent opportunity to get involved in a portfolio of global projects dealing with contractual issues and managing claims. This will include reviewing contracts proposed by clients, claims management and dispute resolutions, ensuring the completeness of contracts including warranties, bonds, novations, joint venture agreements and associated contractual documentation, represent the company in contractual negotiations.
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an astute and intellectually curious individual from a legal, surveying, contract procurement background. Ability to effectively draft contracts with strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills together with the ability to work effectively across this global business.
