A leading international engineering / environmental consultancy are looking to appoint a commercial contracts lawyer to support the business on a wide range of commercial, IP, infrastructure and environmental contracts in the UK and internationally.
You will be qualified in England & Wales, US or Australia (5+ PQE) and ideally have experience of construction and infrastructure (FIDIC, NEC) contracts and cross border transactions. This would ideally suit a commercial lawyer who enjoys being hands on reviewing, drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts.
