Interim Paralegal, International Renewables PE
9 mth FTC from October, potential perm opportunity
Central London, Hybrid – office minimum 2 days per week
Up to £60k + bens
Excellent opportunity for a competent, commercial and agile paralegal to work for a rapidly scaling renewables PE within a highly supportive environment.
Reporting directly into the the Director of Legal you will support the legal team in negotiating confidentiality and service agreements, coordinate a wide variety of legal agreements and assist in reviewing and finalising EPC, O&M and other technical documents.
This role offers exceptional breadth of UK and International legal work and is an excellent opportunity for a competent paralegal wishing to extend their in-house legal knowledge. For the right candidate, there is a permanent opportunity within the team.
You will need to have a proven track record in drafting contracts with at least 4-5 years of paralegal experience. Familiarity with EP/O&M would be great, but not essential.
