In-house Regulatory Lawyer – Utilities

Our market leading utilities client, has an opening for a commercially astute Regulatory Lawyer to join their dynamic in-house legal team, reporting directly into the General Counsel.
This is a fully supported yet autonomous role within an innovative forward thinking environment. As a key member of the In-house legal team you will maintain and improve knowledge of relevant legal, legislative, regulatory and industry developments relevant to the legal specialism, informing and updating the team, providing proactive updates to facilitate the company’s operational activities.
You will also design and deliver regulatory law training to the company’s business operational and management teams, ensuring close working relationships are developed and maintained with business colleagues enabling proactive identification and delivery of legal support.
You may currently be working in private practice or in-house and will have experience of working within a regulated sector, preferably with a water or energy utility.
