The opportunity

Ethical Power’s legal team has an exciting opportunity for a corporate/commercial paralegal / newly qualified solicitor to assist with an increasingly demanding and diverse workload. Working with the existing members of the legal team you will support day to day transactions and contract work across a broad spectrum, including development, construction and financing, corporate M&A work, commercial contracts and an international aspect and will include management of daily tasks, dataroom management and project co-ordination to fully support the legal team in its day to day operation.

About you

This role will suit a Paralegal / Legal Executive / Solicitor NQ+ with a good grounding in corporate/commercial law, excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive and organised nature, who works well in a team and has the ability to take on tasks and work independently.
