Due to growth our client is building a dedicated Company Secretarial an Governance & Risk department and presently is recruiting for a professional to take this leading position whilst supported by the GC and Co Sec.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Company Secretary who has a strong knowledge of governance and risk, or ideally has strong knowledge in both areas. Building and managing a small team you will provide high-quality, pro-active secretariat, corporate governance and risk management across the business to support the General Counsel /Company Secretary, Executive Team and Board.
You will bring experience of working within a Plc / Aim listed environment coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of working within a highly regulated environment would also be beneficial. Previous experience of the risk and audit elements of this role is not essential what is more important is your appetite to learn and develop.
