“I approached Mack Legal to help Affinity Water source a new Director for our Legal department.  They were one of 3 companies approached for the role and the eventual agency chosen to help us source this position.  From the outset, it was clear that Claire and the team had a solid understanding of the legal sector.  They were able to not only source great candidates but offer us advice on the organisational design for the position and team.  Our initial thought was to recruit a Legal Director but their advice amended that to a General Counsel and Company Secretary – which was more fitting to our requirements.
